It is reported that the high-density solid-state lithium-ion battery pilot line put into production this time is an advanced consumer solid-state battery production line in China. It only took half a year for the enterprise to settle in and put the production line into operation.
According to the data, Solidlight Advanced Batteries was established on February 6, 2023, with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. It is an innovative enterprise specializing in the research and production of solid-state consumer battery cells, dedicated to applying various original technologies to the field of consumer batteries, promoting the comprehensive performance improvement and industrialization of consumer lithium-ion batteries.
The key equipment of this production line is jointly developed by Solidlight Advanced Batteries and its suppliers. The product development route continues the path formed by authoritative domestic research institutions in battery basic research and industrialization practice, achieving a breakthrough in the lithium-ion battery cell system from liquid to solid state, promoting the revolutionary improvement of battery performance in high-energy, ultra fast, high safety, high temperature resistance, and low temperature resistance.
It is understood that the technology of Solidlight Advanced Batteries team originated from the Institute of Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The Institute of Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, based on the judgment of the development trend of the domestic new energy industry, chose Pingshan, Shenzhen.
